Clearer key instructions and clearer directions to the property would have saved me some confusion. Front door wouldn't lock properly, but who needs security anyway?

The whole apartment was just lovely, dear. I must say, the decoration was simply splendid. It had a charming and tasteful style that made me feel right at home. The general areas were impeccably maintained, and it had all the necessary amenities for a cozy and comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the accessibility for us seniors, with everything conveniently located and easy to navigate.

If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for seniors, it would be to have a few more staff members available to assist us. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could have used some extra support to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests.
